Evanston Lighthouse Rotary Club

In June of 2022, The Evanston WE Program received a Community Service Grant from Lighthouse Rotary as part of the group's goal this year to improve and enhance the quality of life for Evanston youth. The mission of the Rotary is to advance world understanding, goodwill, and peace through the improvement of health, the support of education, and the alleviation of poverty. The First Bank Chicago has provided us with Community Outreach Grant from in support of our mission and goals every year since 2021 . Women For Evanston Youth

The WE Program was awarded a grant from the Women for Evanston Youth (WEY). The grant is in support of our youth who are working hard to improve their workplace soft-skills through sessions focused on: communication, networking, financial literacy and more. This grant award furthers WEY’s larger mission to support the youth of Evanston.

Youth Job Center has been providing job-readiness training and support to youth for more than 33 years. Today, YJC serves over 1700 youth per year across Evanston, Chicago, and Cook County through its job preparation and placement programs.
