In June of 2022, The Evanston WE Program received a Community Service Grant from Lighthouse Rotary as part of the group's goal this year to improve and enhance the quality of life for Evanston youth. The mission of the Rotary is to advance world understanding, goodwill, and peace through the improvement of health, the support of education, and the alleviation of poverty. Women For Evanston Youth
The WE Program was awarded a grant from the Women for Evanston Youth (WEY). The grant is in support of our youth who are working hard to improve their workplace soft-skills through sessions focused on: communication, networking, financial literacy and more. This grant award furthers WEY’s larger mission to support the youth of Evanston.
